2. Demonstrated the ability to hire, maintain, and replace, if necessary, competent and qualified personnel capable of meeting contract requirements throughout the performance period of the contract. Provided timely and sufficient resources to meet contract requirements.

3. Provided effective quality control and/or inspection procedures to meet, identify, correct, and prevent initial and recurring contract discrepancies.

Followed the approved quality control plan and corrected deficiencies in a timely manner pursuant to their quality control procedures.

4. Responded and acted well on customer feedback and was responsive to contract changes.

5. Identified problems as they occurred and displayed initiative to solve problems and contract idscrepancies without extensive customer guidance.

6. Provided an effective security and safety program to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
