This amendment is to post the following questions and answers:
1. Is there a current contract? If so, what is the contract award amount? Base and any option years.
What is the name of the contractor?
There are no contracts for this requirement but there is a blanket purchase agreement FA4690-15-A- 0003 with Steam Cleaning Specialist. A blanket purchase agreement is not a contract but an agreement to place calls for services needed at any point in time of the duration of the agreement.

The hoods above the ovens are no longer used and do not need to be cleaned at this time and they are not part of this solicitation.
3. Do the dishwashing hoods in all buildings need cleaning?
The dishwasher hoods are not part of this solicitation at this time.
4. Will the hood above the pizza oven in building 4500 (Bandit Lanes) need cleaning?
Not at this time but may be added at a later date.
5. Can we get photos of fan on top of bowling alley looking down in the duct?
Yes, see attached photo.
6. Are hinge kits available for the fans on top of building 4500 (Bandit Lanes)?
I have put in a work task to have this done by the appropriate shop in CE.
7. Are we blocking off old system at Charlie’s in building 4020?
No.
