About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for a federal contract opportunity for restroom/shower trailer services. The contract is a standalone purchase order (not a BPA) with no previous contractor, requiring a mobile restroom and shower trailer for a 12-month lease period at a Munitions Storage Area. The contract structure includes four CLINs: setup (CLIN 0001), monthly lease (CLIN 0002), weekly waste tank servicing (CLIN 0003), and demobilization (CLIN 0004).
Key contract terms include Net 30 payment terms, WAWF invoicing platform using the 2-in-1 format, and monthly invoicing for the lease and service CLINs while setup and demobilization are billed separately upon completion. The site will provide electricity and water via spigot/hose connection, with the trailer requiring external water pumping capability and offsite waste disposal. Subcontractors are permitted, with general liability insurance not required under the firm fixed price structure. The government will provide a point of contact after award for delivery coordination, with inspection and acceptance occurring at destination. Repair response time for non-functional components is within one month of notification, and the only required servicing is weekly waste tank emptying with no additional housekeeping requirements. The contract is not expected to extend beyond the 12-month performance period.
