About this file

This is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document dated February 26, 2025, for solicitation FA468625Q0008 regarding golf cart rentals for an airshow at Beale AFB. The Q&A addresses inquiries about vehicle specifications and charging capabilities for 40 four-seat electric golf carts, 40 six-seat electric golf carts, and gas-powered UTV vehicles with 4 seats and utility beds. The government confirms they have a charging area with 32 110V outlets and 3 220V (3-prong) outlets, and will provide additional generators if needed.

The document clarifies that this is a brand-new requirement for a one-time event with no incumbent contractor. Proposals must be submitted via email to both the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist listed in the SAM.gov Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, with no specific formatting requirements regarding font or page length. An example image of an acceptable gas-powered UTV vehicle (Gator/Polaris style with side-by-side configuration and utility bed) is included in the document.

Question 1: Can the Carts listed in the SOW: 0001 Golf Cart 4 Seat Electric, IAW SOW Part 1 (Requirements) be gas? If not, will you supply the generators to supply power for charging these 40 carts?

Answer 1: We have a charging area with 32 110 outlets and 3 220 (3 prong) outlets.
