About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) for a solicitation related to a CVIA Office Trailer requirement. The key details are:
The solicitation is for the purchase of an 8x40 or 10x40 office trailer for use at Beale AFB, CA. The trailer does not require restrooms, HVAC, or electrical hookups, as those will be provided by the government. The trailer should be delivered by May 31st and can be either new or used. The government is open to a 10x36 or 12x46 trailer if the 8x40 or 10x40 size is not available. The trailer must be placed on a flat, dirt surface and accessible by truck. No ADA compliance is required. This is for the purchase of an office trailer, not a container office.

· Is there a clear path to the trailer site? Yes
· would a standard mobile office on wheels be ok? Not a must, but I’m concerned with safety and liability. We rather not have stairs to prevent mishaps with our airmen and customers.
· Are you looking for a container office? (it would not have a restroom) Yes
· You indicated a need for an 8x40, would a 10x36 work for you? Or an 12x46? Like to stay at 8X40 or a 10X40.

· Will customer have lift service at destination? No
· Confirmation on whether this is for an office trailer or for a container office? This is for a office trailer, we were unaware there was a difference.
