MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE
Multiple Award Exterior Electrical IDIQ Beale Air Force Base, CA This questionnaire is part of research presently being conducted to assist the United States Air Force (USAF) in refining the requirements for a potential exterior electrical Indefinite Delivery, Indefinte Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The government is interested in identifying potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements in the draft Statement of Work.
Companies responding to this questionnaire are placed on notice that participation is voluntary only. The Government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this questionnaire.
Please refer to the draft Statement of Work in completing the questions below and provide any questions and/or comments you may have to Kenley Lott at kenley.lott@us.af.mil by 4:00 PM PST on 20 Apr 2015.

1. Please give a brief explanation of your company’s capabilities (i.e., engineering capabilities, size of available facilities, etc.).
2. Is your company presently involved in; or has it ever been involved in low, medium and high voltage electrical work that are identical to, or similar to the requirements described in the draft Statement of Work?
3. What are the quality assurances your company utilizes in its design, construction, and inspection practices?
4. Is your company capable of providing emergency response? If so, what are the response times if asked to assess or mitigate an emergency situation? (eg. 24, 48, 72 hours from notification)
5. Does your company have the resources and management structure for simultaneous project task orders (possibly up to 10)?
6. Does your company have experience performing the majority of this type of work “in-house” solely, opposed to subcontracting out the work?
