The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price (FFP) agreement with a baseline period of performance of 60 days from the date of award, though offerors may propose accelerated delivery timelines for Government consideration. OTHER INFORMATION:

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and another written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to place a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any contract award. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:

1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*) .

2. Technical specifications for the quoted item

3. Pictures or drawings of the quoted item.

* The offeror is not required to use Page 2 of this RFQ; however, if you choose not to use it, all of the information on Page 2 of this RFQ must be included in your offer.

Deadline for receipt of offers: NLT 23 Sept 2026, 10:00 a.m. (CDT). All quotes shall be emailed to way.spikes@us.af.mil and cameron.gause@us.af.mil.

The evaluation of this acquisition will be based solely on the best value to the Government, considering factors such as technical acceptability, time and price. Technical acceptability will be evaluated on a pass/fail (acceptable/unacceptable) basis, determined by the Government’s review of the Offeror's submitted technical specifications as well as product pictures or drawings demonstrating full compliance with all salient characteristics and requirement specifications. By signing the offer, the Offeror certifies that the prices listed for each item include a fair allocation of all costs both direct and indirect such as state and local taxes, overhead, and profit.

Furthermore, the baseline Period of Performance (PoP) for this requirement is designated as sixty (60) days from the date of award.

While proposals offering an accelerated completion timeline are highly encouraged and will be considered during evaluation, the sixty (60) day standard remains the maximum. Consequently, if an Offeror fails to explicitly specify an alternate timeline within their proposal, submission of the signed offer constitutes binding acceptance of, and certification to adhere to, the default sixty (60) day completion schedule.
