The Government will utilize a comparative trade-off process between Price and Delivery among those offerors who are determined to be technically acceptable. The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest-priced offeror if a quicker delivery schedule is proposed and is determined to represent a significant operational advantage to

Government that warrants the additional cost.. Quotes will be evaluated based on the following three (3) evaluation factors:

1. Factor 1: Technical Acceptability - Quotes will be evaluated on a Pass/Fail (Acceptable/Unacceptable) basis. To be rated as "Technically Acceptable," the offeror’s proposal must provide adequate descriptive literature and technical documentation to prove that the proposed products meet or exceed every requirement outlined in the Brand Name

Salient Characteristics sheet. General statements of compliance without supporting technical data are unacceptable.

2. Factor 2: Proposed Delivery Schedule - Offerors must clearly state their guaranteed delivery period (e.g., number of calendar days or weeks ARO).
