Door locks will need to include the necessary hardware for a double door and two single door magnetic locking devices.
Can the Gov provide a basic floor plan showing the doors that require readers, interior doors which may also require readers, and confirm which doors will require a reader to exit or BMS and lock for monitoring only?
Please also identify all interior doors that will require readers, and camera installation locations and CCTV display requirements (large monitor on wall, ambush monitor by door, etc) Attached is a floorplan. The government requires Vindicator ACS for the three entrances to the building. These should be prox. Card readers with pin. Each of the three doors will have a reader (no pin) to exit. There are no interior doors that will require readers. There will be only one interior camera which will monitor the entrance to the light blue boxed area.

This document will define the general requirements for the installation of an
Electronic Security System that will provide both a CCTV system and an integrated Access ACS.
Can the Gov confirm if there is an existing V5 in place for ACS?
If there is not, please confirm if a ACS V3 is acceptable due to the unavailability of IDS/ACS V5s There is NOT currently a V5 in place for the ACS.
V3s and 1500s are acceptable.

Door locks will need to include the necessary hardware for a double door and two single door magnetic locking devices.
The Dual relay BMS for SCIF doors will require an IDS V5 or V3 in addition to a V5 or V3 for ACS. Please confirm if there is an existing IDS V5 or V3 on site or if contractors are to provide the necessary IDS server to meet ICD 705 requirements.
Additionally, please confirm that an IDS V3 will be acceptable since IDS V5's are no longer available.
There are no ICD-705 requirements being invoked for this project. The system we are asking for is for an unclassified area. Additionally, there is no IDS requirement. The government is simply looking for an ACS solution and video camera monitoring for the exterior of the facility and one interior door.

The proximity card system will include
the use of external card reader that include pin entry capability and interior scan only readers. The system will need to have storage for accessing entry records and video recordings. A minimum 20 tera-byte storage device is required. A Vindicator Security Archive Workstation (SAW) will be required to serve as the headend unit. Universal Power Supply (UPS) will be required to ensure system continuity in the event of a power outage. Additionally, battery backup will be needed to further supplant run time during a power outage. The CCTV headend must be able to support a minimum of 12 cameras, 4k resolution, and support 30 frames per second per channel. Cameras need to support 3 to 8 megapixel clarity and perform in low light, daylight and nighttime conditions. Door locks will need to include the necessary hardware for a double door and two single door magnetic locking devices. Emergency exit buttons are required on all doors to ensure egress.
Can the Gov confirm if there is existing IDS infrastructure in place such as motion detectors, site commander, or alarm keypad?
If there is no pre-existing IDS system in place, can the Gov please confirm if contractors are to provide the IDS devices and head end IDS panels required to support the additional alarm points that will be added?
Additionally, please confirm that there is space in the IT closet for 2 separate racks for ACS and IDS if contractors are required to provide IDS infrastructure.

Can the Gov confirm if exit buttons are required in addition to REX sensors or if these are meant to substitute for them?
Can the Gov confirm if the main door is a double or single and also confirm the quantity of doors that will only require monitoring or a reader on one side?
