The Government intends to advertise and award contracts for a base ordering period of five (5) years and two (2) one-year option periods for a total contract period of seven-years.

All responsible small businesses may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov in order to conduct business with the Department of Defense

(DoD). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in SAM may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who already meets the criteria at the time of award.

5. This is a synopsis and does not obligate the government to award; the government reserves the right to withdraw the synopsis and any forthcoming solicitation without due compensation to potential offerors. This announcement does not constitute a Request for Proposal.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs”.
