Acquisition Information
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
Quote Submission Information
SITE VISIT: A site visit will be scheduled at the following location:
Bldg 6030B, 465 2nd Ave Dyess AFB, TX 79607 Dates: Tuesday August 15th 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
Interested contractors should verify their availability for a site visit with candelyn.carey@us.af.mil Attendees must RSVP with the same contact. If the offeror does not have existing base access, an escort will be provided.
QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:

Please submit questions to the email address, candelyn.carey@us.af.mil, NLT 19 August 2023, 2:00 p.m. (CST). An amendment will be issued with answering all questions received.
* The offeror is not required to use Page 2 of this RFQ; however, if you chose not to use it, all of the information on Page 2 must be included in your offer.
Deadline for receipt of offers: 24 August 10:00 a.m. (CST). All quotes can be emailed to-candelyn.carey@us.af.mil.
EVALUATION OF OFFERS: The evaluation for this acquisition will be solely based on lowest price of items that are found to be technically acceptable. Offerors must submit sufficient descriptive data to validate each item proposed meets the salient characteristics in the DESCRIPTION column below. By signing its offer, the offeror certifies that each price stated on each CLIN includes an appropriate apportionment of all costs, direct and indirect, all state and local taxes, overhead, and profit.
Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
