319 CES/CEN Plotter Maintenance Statement of Work

1. Overview: The 319th Civil Engineer Squadron Engineering Flight relies on the following plotters and plotter/scanner to support internal and external construction designs and mapping requirements. The use of this equipment is relatively constant throughout the year; however, there is heavier use during semi-annual heightened activity required for project solicitation. The projected use of the high-resolution colored inkjet plotter is 200 square feet per year and 900 square feet per year for the scanner/printer.

2. Performance Period: This maintenance contract will be in effect for one year with four possible additional option years.

3. Performance:

a. Maintenance service/materials for KIP 3100 Multi-Function Scanner/Plotter. The contractor shall provide the materials and equipment necessary to perform manufacturer-recommended quarterly service/maintenance for the KIP 3100 Multi-Function Plotter. This includes the service and maintenance outlined by the manufacturer to include updates to hardware and software. In addition, the contractor shall resolve plotter connectivity mapping problems to the scanner/plotter.

b. Maintenance service/materials for HP DesignJet 5000 Plotter. The contractor shall provide the materials and equipment necessary to perform manufacturer-recommended quarterly service/maintenance for the HP DesignJet 5000 Plotter. c. Service Calls. The contractor shall provide government-initiated necessary service calls of KIP 3100 (response time of 24 hours) and HP DesignJet 5000 (response time of 72 hours).
