1) Is this an incumbent contract? Who is the incumbent contractor?

a. There is no incumbent for this service.

2) Is there an estimate for this requirement?

a. That is not information the government provides for a service requirement.

3) Are there any union or labor requirements?

a. We are not aware of any collective bargaining agreements for this requirement, however Service Contract Labor Standards apply (FAR 52.222-41).

4) How what is the full scope of the project in square footage?

a. Please refer to the Statement of Work, para 1.1.

5) Will the space be occupied?

a. Please refer to the Statement of Work, para 3.2.

6) Who will move the furniture? Will this need to be done in phases?

a. The contractor—this has been added to v2 of the Statement of Work. This will be coordinated with the Facility Manager (for contact information, refer to the Statement of Work, para 3.2)
