Wiring will go along the open ceiling to get to the monitor locations as identified in Diagram 1.2 and Diagram 1.3 below. Straight cuts, not as the bird flies. The contractor shall remove all debris daily and dispose of them in their proper waste containers. The contractor shall repair any damage caused to the facility should the contractor cause damages.
Monitors 1, 2 and 3 should all be hung away from the wall from the ceiling beams. Currently there are 2 projectors hung in the rough way we are asking the monitors to be hung.
Monitor 1: From EOC manager computer 45ft. Cable is run along the floor to the TV monitor wall, up the wall, to the left along the wall and back out along the ceiling a few feet from the wall where it should be mounted on the beams. The monitor should be hung roughly 4 feet from the wall so that the same outlet could be used that the current projector is using.
Monitor 2: From EOC admin computer 35ft. Cable is routed the same along floor and up wall as monitor one. The difference is that it will come directly back out along the ceiling a few feet (roughly 4) so that the monitor is mounted away from the wall utilizing the current outlet that is on the wall.
Monitor 3: From GIS computer 25ft. Cable is run along the floor to the TV monitor wall, up the wall, and directly back out along the wall allowing the monitor to utilize the current outlet that the existing projector is plugged into.
Monitor 4: From EOC manager computer 76ft. follows the same path as monitor 2 except the cable continues to follow the ceiling all the way back to the back wall where it then goes down roughly 4 feet to where the TV is mounted from the ceiling.
Monitor 5. From EOC Admin computer 72ft. follows the same path as monitor 1 except that it continues to run along the wall past monitor 1 to the South wall where it then runs back along the wall and down to where the TV is mounted from the ceiling.
Monitor 6. From GIS computer 56 ft. follows the same path as monitor 3 except that it runs all the ceiling to the north wall and back towards the east wall then down to where the monitor is mounted from the ceiling.
