FA4626-18-Q-0002 – Questions and Answers
QUESTION - 1. In the Performance Work Statement, Appendix 3, it lists 165 Launch Facilities. But the Description of Services 1.2 says the contractor shall provide 150 chemical toilets. Will the contractor be required to place chemical toilets on the remaining 15 facilities?
ANSWER – There are 150 LFs, the remaining 15 are MAFs (Missile Alert Facilities) and will not require a Portable Toilet. Those are the #1 sites for each of the ALPA groups in Appendix 3.
QUESTION - 2. In the Performance Work Statement, 1.2 it states that at the end of the performance period the toilets will become the property of the Government. Can you confirm this statement please?
ANSWER – No, the portable toilets WILL NOT become property of the Government at the end of the contract.
