About this file

This document is a Salient Characteristics specification for a 509 OG SIPR Mobile Kit, dated 13 August 2025. The government requires a Multi-Domain Network Kit with specific technical capabilities, including supporting 3 secure enclaves, being ATO compliant with SCI ISSM standards, fitting TSA commercial flight specifications, and supporting 9 total users across 3 enclaves. The kit must contain CISCO 1101 routers, support Air Force HAIPE devices like KG-250xs, and be contained within 1-2 pelican cases.

Key technical features include a portable multi-domain infrastructure enabling simultaneous connectivity to three secure networks and an unsecured WAN, using separate routers and Type 1 encryption devices for each secure domain. The ruggedized system is TEMPEST certified, has a built-in UPS with LiFEPO₄ batteries, supports AC and DC power, and offers multiple fiber and Ethernet ports. The kit measures 19.8" × 15.5" × 7.9", weighs 33 lbs, operates between 0°C to 50°C, comes with a 1-year standard warranty (with optional 3-year extension), and is ITAR controlled. The quantity requested is 2 units.
