a. Do you have model #’s for the items listed on the attached?

• No, we do not have model numbers as this is not a brand name requirement.

b. What are the power requirements for the equipment that does not specify power requirements?

• There aren’t any specific power requirements.

c. Are there drawings we could use to verify the required size of equipment?

• No, there are no drawings.

d. Who is responsible for unloading and will a forklift be provided?

• The contractor will be responsible for unloading via delivery truck liftgate.

We do not have a forklift that can provided.

e. The Bid Schedule DFAC EQUIPMENT does not delineate what equipment is going to the Ozark Dinning Facility and In-Flight Kitchen. Which equipment is going to which locations?

• Refer to attachment for updates

f. Some of the equipment on the schedule lists sizing. Is the size of equipment inconsequential if no size is listed? If it is consequential, what sizes are required?

• Refer to attachment for updates

g. Do you require any particular brand for any of the equipment?

• No

h. Concerning delivery of equipment to each kitchen, do you require the equipment to be uncrated and set in place?

• Items will need to be uncrated and will need to be moved to storeroom.

i. What hinge placement do you require on the reach-in equipment. Left, or right?

• To the right for all the equipment that have one door, and if the equipment has two doors have them open from the center out.

j. Will the kitchen items require installation, or will that be managed by another party?

• Install will be managed in-house

k. If the kitchen items do need to be installed, is there a floor plan available, or will it be provided after an offer letter is issued?

• Install will be provided in-house

l. Is there a specific identification reader used by the staff on base?

• No

m. in reference to the twin twist ice cream machine, full standing or counter top?

Single phase or three phase? Air cooled or water cooled? How much capacity?

• We need a counter top model, wheels not required, water cooled. 208-230 volts 60 hz and PH 1.
