Q1: As we review the bid specifications, we seek clarification on the estimated number of toilets required. The initial figure provided was 45, and we would like to confirm whether this number includes associated services or if it pertains solely to the physical units?
A1: T45 is the estimated number toilets set/serviced per year
Q2: If possible, could you provide further information on the scope of services, or any additional details related to the toilet procurement?
A2: Scope of work is for a vendor to provide toilets on a rental only basis and to service set toilets that are in place longer than one week.
Q3: Is the numbering on the price schedule incorrect for each CLIN per year.
A3: Yes, the CLIN structure should be 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004 for the Base Year; 1001, 1002, 1003, 1004 for Option Year 1 and etc.
