FA462522Q0004 Q&A
1. The RFQ document calls quotes to be submitted at an hourly rate in addition to the price for an initial response for each service, however the BPA Bid schedule Pricing template requests a square foot rate. Does the USG desire an hourly rate or a square foot rate? Hourly rates are more typical not knowing the extent of the remediation effort.
A: The Government desires a square foot rate.
2. Terms and Conditions Section 3.b calls for a signed Annual Price List to be submitted each year. Price Lists from industry normally include hourly rates and equipment rates. How does the price list differ in execution of work and in the review of submitted bids as compared to the Bid Schedule template if keeping with the per SF pricing?
A: The bid should use pricing per square foot. Equipment should be added into the square foot pricing.
3. Notification of Individuals Authorized to Place Calls – Can we assume that this was meant to say, Contractor shall provide a list of individuals authorized to receive CALLS from USG?
A: No. The Individuals Authorized to Place Calls (Authorized Caller List –ACL) is a list of Government Representatives that are allowed to place calls against the awarded Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This list of representatives will be furnished to the contractor with the BPA award and any time changes are made to the representatives on the list.
