SUBJECT: FA462517R0020 – Livestock Pipeline

1. This meeting was held by the 509th Civil Engineering Squadron (509 CES), and the 509th Contracting Squadron (509 CONS) to review the statement of work (SOW) and allow potential offerors to view the project site. The following individuals were in attendance:

2. The site visit took place at the Visitor Center as most of attendees have completed projects at the site in the past. There were only a few topics of discussion. First, there is a gasline on the north end of the property. The exact location of the line is unknown at this time, however CES will provide as builts to contractor prior to digging. Also, it will be the contractor’s resonsability to coordinate with the Rural water company to tie into.

Lastly, there will be two pipeline systems constructed. Both systems will use 1 ½” pipe.
