Q5. For line items 1-3, I understand that this is a full table/desks with bases, but I just wanted to verify this because on the PWS and pricelist descriptions, it only indicates work-surfaces. Please verify that bases are included.

Answer: Yes, worksurfaces with the base are included as well.

"Stationary work-surfaces", are you pertaining to a worksurface attached to a panel, or is it going to be a desk with a stationary base (no casters/lift capability)?

Answer: Stationary work-surface meaning a desk with stationary base.

At what floor/s are the rooms located? If above ground, is there a service elevator to help carry the furniture parts?

Answer: 1st floor of the hangar, no stairs, and a clear path from parking lot into area.

Is there a storage/staging area that the contractor can utilize prior to installation?

Answer: No, no storage capabilities prior to installation.

Is there a loading dock on the delivery site? If none, how many stairs leading to the building?

Answer: No loading dock at location of hangar. Zero stairs leading to the building.

Also, for the task chairs, it says they are polymer. Does that mean the whole chair should be polymer or are you wanting padding on the seat or back?

Answer: We would like padding on the seats.

Q6. For the privacy panels mentioned in several locations, are you just wanted a desk mounted privacy solution or are you wanting actual panels between and/or in front of the desks?

Answer: Any privacy solution would suffice, we would like some sort of privacy between each work station.

Q7. Are you desiring powered panels to run electricity or would the stations be powered off the walls? If powered, will the government be doing the electrical work?

Answer: Everything would be powered from the wall outlets. Any electrical work will be completed by our own agency here at McConnell.

Answer: Polymer is not a requirement, open to other alternatives.
