About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) Amendment of Solicitation, specifically Amendment 01 for Solicitation Number FA462025QA982. The amendment addresses vendor questions regarding a procurement for Peltor ComTac VI headsets and Push-To-Talk (PTT) adapters for the 92d Security Forces Squadron at Fairchild AFB. Key changes include updating the NATO wired PTT part number from FL4063 to FL4063-02 for the ComTac VI series headsets. The amendment clarifies that the 60 PTTs (compared to 30 headsets) are intentional, with the additional units serving as replacements for the 92d SFS. The solicitation remains for brand name Peltor communication equipment, with the amendment providing technical clarification to potential offerors.

Amendment 02 Page 2
SEE SUMMARY OF CHANGES
The purpose of this Amendment is to:
1. Answer questions posed by interested vendors.
All changes as a result of this amendment are annotated in red in the revised documents.
Q1: I noticed that you listed the FL4063 – the correct NATO wired PTT is the FL4063-02 for the ComTac VI series headsets.
A1: The government is utilizing these PTTs with ComTac VI headsets. Upon further research, the government determined that the correct part number is FL4063-02. This part number has been updated in Attach. 1 – Salient Characteristics.
Q2: Are you running dual radios? (I see QTY 30 headsets and QTY 60 PTTs)
A2: The 92d SFS is not running dual radios. There are 60 PTTs so that SFS has replacements on hand.
Q3: Could you please confirm whether this is intended for the 141 SFS? There are concerns that the number of PTTs listed is double the quantity of headsets requested. Kindly verify if this discrepancy is intentional or if an adjustment is needed.
A3: There are 60 PTTs so that the 92d SFS has replacements on hand. It is not a discrepancy and is intentional.
