SUMMARY OF CHANGES
The purpose of this Amendment is to answer questions from interested bidders:
1. Q1: How many cameras need to be provided?
A1: Cameras are already in place. No additional cameras are needed at this time.
Q2: How many square feet is the building? Is it less than 10,000 square feet?
A2: There are two different buildings that will be serviced. Each are less than 10,000 Sq Ft.
Q3: Please clarify any significance for the portions of the equipment list that have orange shading.
(Attachment 2) A3: No known significance
Q4: Are there any restrictions for scheduling routine quarterly maintenance (i.e., specific hours/days of week, limit on number of hours of downtime for inspections, etc.) that offerors need to factor into estimates?
(SOW 1.4.4, page 4) A4: Preferred days for maintenance are Mondays and Friday mornings to avoid conflicts with training operations.
Q5: Will the Contractor be responsible for any cybersecurity services (scanning, STIGing, patching, preparing artifacts, reports, etc.)? If yes, please clarify requirements. (SOW) A5: No, primarily hardware/software related troubleshooting and repair.
Q6: Will the Government provide man lifts for accessing devices in elevated locations? (SOW) A6: No
Q7: Will the Contractor be allowed to charge UPS battery disposal fees on service orders regardless of cost?
(SOW)
A7: This is a firm fixed price contract. Please factor that into quote.
Q8: If repair or upgrade work modifies the existing system configuration, will the Contractor 1) be required to update as-built drawings, and 2) bill associated CAD labor against the service order? (SOW) A8: In that event, it will be treated as a differing site condition.
Q9: Can the Government provide a listing of the down days to aid offerors in developing pricing? (SOW 2.15, page 7) A9: Training is conducted 48 weeks per year, but the system can be accessed on Mondays and Friday mornings
Q10: Please confirm that the Government will provide required escorts to facilitate routine or emergency repairs regardless of day or hour. (SOW 2.16, page 7) A10: Confirmed. If government requires repairs after-hours, escort will be provided. Repairs will be preferred during more standard duty hours (0900-1700), but may change for operational requirement.
Q11: Please confirm that once the Contractor arrives onsite for emergency/routine repairs that they will be allowed to bill hours associated with waiting for escorts or access to affected building areas. (SOW) A11: Yes.
Q12: Please confirm that the Contractor is only required to provide onsite response to emergency calls between 0700-1800 any day of the year including weekends and holidays. (SOW 1.4.2, Page 4) A12: In the event of an emergency call, the contractor will be expected to respond on weekends and holidays. The two exceptions are Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Q13: Please clarify the required time frame for contractor personnel to arrive onsite if emergency call is received outside the specified 0700-1800 time frame (i.e., 0700 the next day, 1100 the next day, etc.). (SOW 1.4.2, Page 4) Q13: Please see question 12.
Q14: Please clarify the required or equivalent Cisco certification required. (SOW 1.4, page 3) A14: Contractor will be required to hold a Cisco and Genetech Advantage license.
Q15: Please clarify if the price of the repair parts will be charged to a work order or will the contractor need to price repair parts out to the specific contract line items? (SOW 1.4.3, Page 4) A15: According to the SOW parts requirements above the $250 limit shall be treated as a differing site condition.
2. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
