2001 FFI-LT Class B Structural Fire Trainer

2. What are the dimensions of the conservation pond?

1.5 Million Gallons/dimensions unknown

3. Over the past three years has maintenance and winterization been conducted routinely? What has been the major repairs to date? Is there currently any deferred maintenance?

Routine maintenance has been conducted over the past 3 years to include winterization/inspection/maintenance, mid-season inspection/maintenance, and de-winterization/inspection/maintenance. In accordance with AFOSHA, NFPA 53, NFPA 58, TO35E-1-2- 13-1, NFPA 1402, NFPA 1403 certification.

Most recent maintenance report attached, no major repairs conducted, see latest inspection report for deferred maintenance.

4. What types of pumps (manufacturer and model) are installed at the Fire Training Pit?

Manufacture/model Unknown, 2 pumps total (1 for Structural Trainer, and 1 in retention pond replaced in 2015/2017)

5. Is compressed air available on site for winterization?

Aircraft Trainer has a built in compressed air system with air compressor that replaced the nitrogen system, but independent air compressor and compressed air tools are not provided.

6. Who is the manufacturer of the igniters used on the structural trainer?

Manufacture for igniters unknown

7. What is the period of performance? Does it include a single winterization and de-winterization?

Includes annual winterization, de-winterization, mid-season maintenance, repair, and emergency repair. De-winterization normally occurs early spring (April), Mid-Season (July/August), and Winterization mid-fall (October/November)

8. Could you please provide pictures of the trainer and general area maintenance will be conducted?
