1. Question: Is there a cost estimate, budget or ballpark figure for the project listed?

Answer: No.

2. Question: Is there an actual start date for the project?

Answer: Period of Performance is 120 days after date of contract award.

3. Question: ATT #7 Can you please clarify if the requirement is for providing a new server?

Answer: Should tie into existing server, unless an additional server is needed to meet storage/playback capability.

4. Question: ATT #7 If providing a new server, is govt expecting to integrate existing cameras on this new server along with new cameras?

Answer: Yes, it is supposed to tie into three existing cameras on the perimeter.

5. Question: ATT #7 If yes, how many cameras?

Answer: Three.

6. Question: ATT #7 If multi sensor, how many are they?

Answer: Three.

7. Question: ATT #7 If existing server is to be utilized, what is the model number of the VMS and what model of hard drives are required for storage expansion?

Answer: 90-day storage requirement. 3 cameras are currently meeting the requirement.

11. Question: In the contract details, license plate reading capabilities are requested. Is the request to include a separate camera for specifically reading license plates or just the capability to be able to read a license plate from the video recordings?

Answer: Intent is to match existing perimeter cameras; they are able to read license plates.

12. Question: Are the cameras going to be installed onto a Bldg. or on a stand-alone pole? Are there active camera poles that the integrator will be utilizing?

Answer: Existing poles.

13. Question: Is BDOC supplying server rack space for the video storage device or will the integrator be providing these supplies?

Answer: BDOC has a server rack.
