Question

Question/Comment/Clarification Government Response

1) How long is the approval process? We are currently obtaining quotes from different vendors for the required materials, and I want to be sure we are able to get those in time depending on when the contract is awarded (since we have 10 days to complete the project).

All quotes will be due on 20 May 2024.

What materials will be utilized to complete the contract should be submitted at the time of quote. This is so that the customer can technically evaluate that the items that will be used are technically acceptable per the PWS. It will be 30 days total after award of contract to complete the project. See PWS 1.1 Deliverables Breakdown for all requirements to be completed within 30 days. Once base access is acquired, Contractor shall complete the work within 10 business days or less.

2) I assume there is no limit to the number of workers we can bring in to complete the teardown?

There is no limit to the number of workers allowed.

3) Will there be disposal site available for the materials we demo, or will we need to take those with us at the end of each day?

Contractor will be responsible for taking away all material prior to end of project. A dumpster will not be provided by the government. The contractor shall clean up daily. See Section 2.2 and 4.1.1 of the Statement of Work.
