About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) containing questions and answers regarding a Project Management Course for the United States Space Force at Vandenberg Space Force Base. The RFI seeks clarification on key details of a proposed training program, with responses indicating that either printed or digital training materials are acceptable, provided trainees can maintain indefinite access. The training course should be completed before the end of fiscal year 2025, with a duration between 2-5 business days, taking place during the work week and excluding federal holidays. The government is looking for a training session that covers project management basics, with the expectation that the proposed instructor's resume will represent the person leading the course.
The solicitation (FA461025PPMTS) is targeted at training providers who can deliver an on-site project management training session for 20 students, focusing on project management fundamentals, problem-solving techniques, and cost estimating and management. The course will be conducted by Space Launch Delta 30 at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California, with specific requirements that the training materials be comprehensive and the instructor be appropriately qualified. The government is conducting market research to gather information about potential training providers' capabilities and approach to delivering the requested project management course.
