About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) with questions and answers regarding a Project Management Course for the United States Space Force at Vandenberg Space Force Base. The RFI seeks clarification on training requirements for a project management course to be conducted before the end of fiscal year 2025. Key details include: the course should last between 1-2 days minimum and no more than 5 business days, take place during the work week excluding federal holidays, and can utilize either printed or digital training materials as long as trainees can maintain indefinite access. The government is flexible on course duration but wants to ensure comprehensive coverage of project management concepts, and will accept a single instructor's resume as part of the market research response.

SUBJECT: Project Management Course VSFB, CA (FA461025PPMTS) RFI Questions
1. Is it correct that USSF is seeking printed training materials rather than digital?
Either printed or digital training materials are satisfactory, so long as trainees will be able to maintain access to them indefinitely.
2. Is the resume of (1) proposed trainer/instructor sufficient for this market research response?
Yes, so long as that resume is represents the person leading the course.
3. Does the government have a preference for period of performance and course duration, or shall the offeror propose both?
The training should be completed before the end of fiscal year 2025. The duration of the course is flexible, but a minimum of 1-2 days would be required to cover the concepts we’ve outlined. Under no circumstances should the course length exceed 5 business days.
4. Do you have a sense as to how long you would like the course to last? If this in the realm of weekend intensive or like a weeklong seminar type of course?
The training should be completed before the end of fiscal year 2025. The duration of the course is flexible, but a minimum of 1-2 days would be required to cover the concepts we’ve outlined. Under no circumstances should the course length exceed 5 business days. The course should take place during the work week and exclude Federal Holidays.
