SUBSTATION MAINTENANCE

TEAMING ARRANGEMENT

Source Selection Sensitive (when filled-out) IAW FAR 2.101 and FAR 3.104

Teaming Arrangements Information. If your company is not performing ALL the work, you must fill-in the contemplated teaming arrangement in Table 1 below for percentage of work performed by teaming partner and then fill in the percentage of work in Table 2 that will be performed by your company as the Prime Contractor. Teaming arrangements include, but are not limited to, the following types of relationships: prime/sub-contractor, mentor/protégé, joint venture, etc. If a teaming arrangement is not applicable and ALL the work will be performed by your company as the Prime Contractor, please indicate 0% in Table 1 and complete all field in Table 2 with 100% below as your response.

STANDARD OF ACCEPTABILITY:

To Be Considered Technically Acceptable for Factor 2: The contractor’s response provides sufficient information to determine whether or not the contactor contemplates a teaming arrangement and, if so, indicates the name of each teaming partner (i.e. subcontractor), identifies the tasks and the percentage of work to be performed by each party (i.e. prime and subcontractor), and provides sufficient information for the Government to determine that the offeror as a whole (i.e. prime/sub combined) has the ability to perform the requirements of this solicitation.
