About this file
This document is Amendment 01 to Solicitation FA460825QS029, a Hotel Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) issued by the 2d Contracting Squadron at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana. The amendment extends the quote submission deadline to 12:00 PM CDT on 3 June 2025, clarifies pricing restrictions to not exceed Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) rates, and explicitly prohibits third-party booking agents/agencies from participating. The solicitation seeks to establish up to ten BPAs with hotels to provide lodging accommodations for Unit Training Assembly (UTA) weekends, with single and double occupancy non-smoking rooms.
Key terms include a $500,000 total BPA dollar limit, individual call order limit of $25,000, and a performance period not to exceed five years. The procurement is a total small business set-aside with NAICS code 721110 and a size standard of $40.0M. Lodging invoices will be paid using a Government Purchase Card, and hotels will be selected through the Automated Lodging Reservation System (ALRS). The previous BPAs (FA460820A0006 and FA460820A0007) will expire on 31 May 2025, and this solicitation replaces those agreements.
