1. Would a non-working reefer be an option?
With the insulation already installed it may present difficulty/fire hazards to route electrical though the existing insulation of the reefer.
2. Does an 8x20x8.5 ISO container with cargo doors on one end qualify as a starting base structure?
Yes
3. Is there an R-value required for the floor, walls, and ceiling insulation?
R-values are R-10 for floors, R-13 for walls and R-19 for roofs. Closed Cell Spray Foam insulation, covered with a minimum of ½ GWB.
4. Do the cargo doors need to be covered by the insulation?
Not necessary, as long as the minimum door U-Value is at least .35
5. Is the Place of Performance:

No, 2, 36” hinge doors that come together or 1, 72” wide hinge door.

11. What is the R-factor for ceiling and wall insulation?

12. Where is the HVAC unit to be installed (on the back wall, which side wall)?
Back Wall
13. Does the HVAC unit require heating? If so how much (PTAC unit),(American made)?
Yes, 15K BTU.
14. How thick is the spray insulation to be under the floor?
2-3”
15. “Capable of 3-phase 208V/60Hz with 20A per phase”. Please confirm these specifications accurately align with the requirements.
it’s a minimum 60A disconnect, but a 100A disconnect is acceptable.
