About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for the Minot Air Force Base (AFB) Integrated Solid Waste Management Solicitation, identified by the number FA4528-26-Q-DH01. The Q&A addresses four key clarification requests from potential contractors, focusing on container ownership, waste collection receptacles, and collection frequency. The primary clarifications include: (1) all containers are government-provided per the Performance Work Statement (PWS) paragraph 1.1.8, (2) while the government defines collection points, receptacles are contractor-provided, and (3) the notation of 1-5W in collection frequency tables denotes weekly frequency. Contractors seeking additional details were directed to review amendment 2, attachment 6 for a more legible map of municipal solid waste and food waste collection pickup locations.
