When I try and access the link that was send in the original email for the referenced project, I get a 404 error page not found.
You can access this by logging onto SAM.GOV and entering
FA452824RAE01 under the search tab, simple search, all words entry block.
We are not able to provide all the desired architect and engineer services but would be interested in teaming with firms to contribute to providing all the services. Can we have contact information for those who are interested so we can reach out to them?
The Government will post the successful candidate so firms can reach out to offer teaming with them.
If multiple firms are teaming up to submit a “Firm Resume” under a lead firm, should they all submit what is laid out in this notice and statement of work?
Any firm submitting a proposal must meet the definition of a firm in FAR
36.102. One SF330 will be submitted by the prime or lead firm. Each firm that responds to this “Request for Resumes” will be required to follow the statement of work guidelines and submit a completed Standard Form 330, Architect‐Engineer Qualifications, by following the instructions included with the form.
Selection Criteria 2b states that 8 Key Personnel are required for this submittal (Project Manager, Quality Control, Architect, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, and Fire Protection Engineer). The introduction paragraph states that projects may also involve
“landscape design, interior design, cost estimating, geographic information (GIS) services and antiterrorism/physical security engineering services.” Should the submitting firm provide resumes for these additional roles as well, or provide resumes for the 8 key personnel only, along with a description of the firm’s ability to provide for these additional roles should they be needed?
The Government will be adding a “Cost Estimator” to the list of key personnel for a total of 9 and increasing the page limit for intros and resumes. The submitting firm shall provide resumes for the 9 key personnel only, along with a description of the firm’s ability to provide for the additional roles should they be needed.
Has a previous incumbent worked on this project or similar to what you are looking for? If so, can you provide the vendor name, award number and award amount?
The incumbent is Kenneth Hahn Architects, Incorporated; award number
FA452819DA003; USD 2,500.00 ‐ 500,000.00 per order, not to exceed USD
7,000,000.00 total Government obligation.
I want to confirm that I am allowed to present/submit up to 5 architect companies for this RFI?
Each firm that responds to this “Request for Resumes” will be required to follow the statement of work guidelines and submit a completed Standard
Form 330, Architect‐Engineer Qualifications, by following the instructions included with the form.
For the 12pt font requirement, the SF330 document has a 10pt font format. Can we continue to utilize the 10pt font in the SF330 format?
Yes, the 10‐pt font is acceptable for the SF330.
Is there an associated synopsis for this notice that is like the previous AE Synopsis? A synopsis that outlines the requirements of the SF330 is very helpful for firms to understand what is required when preparing their proposals.
On April 13, 2024, the Government updated Notice ID FA452824RAE01 to include the current synopsis as an attachment.
Do you have response requirements for this solicitation (number of relevant projects, past performance requirements, specific resumes by discipline, page limits, specific firm information, etc.)?
On April 13, 2024, the Government updated Notice ID FA452824RAE01 to include the current synopsis as an attachment.
Are we to submit the response via email to both of you or some other method?
Responses shall be provided electronically to both the primary and alternate points of contact. If attachments exceed an aggregate size of
8MB, offerors are to either submit as email 1 of 2 etc. or request a DoD
SAFE link from the points of contact. It is incumbent upon the offeror to request and obtain an acknowledgement of receipt for electronic submission.
11 Are there sample contract terms available to review?
The successful A‐E will be guaranteed a one‐time minimum of $2,500.00.
No specific minimum amount is guaranteed in any of the option years. Task orders `issued against the IDIQ contract will be firm fixed price. The maximum contract amount shall not exceed $7,000,000.00 for the life of the contract. The minimum task order amount is $2,500.00 and the maximum task order amount is expected to be $500,000.00 unless mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Questions & Answers
Project: 5‐Year Architect and Engineer Services IDIQ Notice ID FA452824RAE01
Would this RFP allow submission as an engineering firm only for fire protection, or is it intended to only go to A&E firms?
This is not a Request for Proposal. Interested A‐E firms desiring consideration shall submit the appropriate data described in the Standard
Form 330 (SF330), Architect‐Engineer Qualifications. The Government intends on evaluating firms who respond to this notice using the procedures set forth in FAR 36.6, DFARS 236.6 and AFI 32‐1023. These procedures include a board evaluation of the firms’ submissions and
SF330. The board will then hold discussions with at least three of the most highly qualified firms. We will then award to 1 firm that will be able to perform all aspects of the A&E Services.
