QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS FOR SOLICITATION

FA4528-22-R-0001

Q1. Is the solicitation contract form all that is needed or are we to submit a proposal?

A1. Please review solicitation attachment 2, Section L (Instructions to Offerors). Review each section (Technical, Past Performance, and Price) to determine exactly what is required to be submitted or provided by all offerors.

Q2. What section of form 1449 do we need to fill out?

A2. Please review attachment 2, Section L (Instructions to Offerors) Part III/Price Proposal (a,b,d).

Q3. On page 3 and 4 of the solicitation for CLINs 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001 “PAMP Operation and Maintenance”, is the “Unit Price” the quoted monthly price?

A3. Yes, the Unit Price quoted is the monthly service price for PAMP MX. This monthly price will be multiplied by 12 to determine the annual price quoted for each CLIN.

As stated in the CLINs themselves, if during the performance of the contract, the contractor or the Government discovers a need to perform repairs that fall outside the realm of regular monthly, quarterly, or annual maintenance, the contractor will provide the Government with a repair quote – see PWS section 2.2.1.7.
