About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for a federal contract solicitation related to Counter-Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) equipment procurement.

The document addresses a single clarification regarding training requirements. The questioner sought clarification on whether the Government intends to procure end-user level training, noting a discrepancy between the salient characteristics, which reference training completion within seven days of delivery, and the listed item quantities, which do not identify training as a separate deliverable. The Government's response clarifies that training must be coordinated with the C-sUAS Program Manager point of contact no later than seven calendar days upon shipping the equipment, rather than constituting a separate procured deliverable. This response indicates that coordination and scheduling of training is a contractual requirement, but the actual training delivery arrangements are to be negotiated directly between the contractor and the Government's program management office.
