1. Is a Dukane AR Sales and Service Center and Certification required from Dukane to maintain all Dukane products listed within the system list? Answer: Highly recommended, but not required.
2. Will the Audio Mics that are controlled via Crestron and the External Digital Audio Mixer that is used for Micosoft Teams calls provided on the parts list? Answer: Audio Technical Ceiling Mics are already identified on the equipment list.
3. Will the add on equipment list the Freeport NIPR/SIPR Switch and Freeport system to support. Answer: Yes, this was already done.
4. Full inventory list of both locations should be complete once the Freeport NIPR/SIPR switching system is added. See questions 3 above.
5. Confirm On-site 4 hours to trouble shoot any problems. Answer: Yes
6. Is Cisco SMART Net coverage required? Answer: No
7. Is the response time to be handled on-site or remotely? Answer: Initial response will be via phone to attempt to correct any issues, but if the user determines that on-site is required response time starts once the phone call ends.
8. Is the 24/7 support for phone support, or would the customer like to have coverage for nights and weekend work? Answer: 24/7 coverage for both phone and on-site.
9. If onsite response time is 4 hours, will the customer be willing to accept on-site within 24 hours? Answer: No.
