Q1) What is the historical pick up frequency for the following on Appendix A:

Fire ash Saw dust All Cardboard Call In containers on Table A3 All Paper Call In containers on Table A3 All Plastic/Cans Call In containers on Table A3 All Metal Pocket Hopper As Needed containers All Recycling Center Assets B-1568 Swap-Outs and As Needed containers All As Needed Tenenbaum Roll Offs All As Needed Recycle Trailers

A1) Fire ash is an average 4 times per year. Not more than 9 net tons Saw dust is an average 1 to 2 times per year.

There is no data on the amount of pickups only the yearly tonnage for the following call in containers and as needed containers in table A3:

Q2) Does the Government own any of the roll offs?

A2) No…Only the Compactor at the Recycling Center.

Q3) Do the compactor hauls go under CLIN 0003?

A3) Yes

Q4) What are the locations and the pick up frequency for the 120 Common Use Waste/Recycle containers?

A4) See Attachment 4 Common Use container map

Q5) Can you provide historical data with the container sizes and pick up frequencies for the special events?

A5) Historical Data Average is fifteen 42 gl trash cans and recycling containers (Gov owned) and one 4 or 6 yard recycling container and one 8 yard dumpster and maybe one trailer. Varies from event to event normally no more than 4 per year during normal duty hours. Historical Data for the Air Show uses a variety of containers: 50 small recycling cans (Gov owned) 6 to 8 eight yard cardboard containers, two cardboard trailers, 8 to 10 30/40 yard roll offs (4 or 5 per day, changed out at the end of Saturday for empty ones, due to Landfill being closed, all dumped on Monday) again varies depending on the size of the show. All listed in Appendix A of the PWS.

Q6) How do we price CLIN 0006?

A6) Listed in the PWS under Special Events all but the Air Show are done during normal duty hours. Historically the Air Show is normally on weekends and requires contract support.

Q7) Is the recycle commodities currently being picked up at the base recycling center by the recycling processing companies?

A7) Yes

Q8) Can you provide the Contract value?

A8) The current contract, FA4460-17-P-0001, total value is $2,227,817.78.

Q9) Can you provide a two week extension?

A9) The solicitation due date will extended until 4 September 2019 at 12:00 PM CST.

Q10) Can you provide historical data for non-scheduled additional pick?

A10) The historical data for the non-scheduled pickups has averaged no more than 15 per year if the contractor is following the schedule correctly.
