About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a Repair Glycol Tanks project. The Q&A addresses several key aspects of the project, including project timeline, site access, and technical specifications. Contractors are informed that a construction estimate is available in the RFP Section A, and they should propose the number of calendar days needed for project performance. An additional site visit is scheduled for 2 September at 8 am EST, and a site map is now included as Attachment 5 of the RFP. The landfill has equipment to remove tanks from trailers, and a previous requirement for a shelter has been removed via Amendment 1. Some details are still pending, such as the preferred manufacturer and specifications for the new glycol tank, which will be provided on a subsequent Tuesday.
