Question and Answer 21 September 2021

Q. PWS lists 4 each for travel to both Rota and Ramstein (4 Visits), but Attachment 2 Information Sheet shows 1 each. Are we to enter the price for just 1 visit? Or, should we enter the total price for 4 each visits (per PWS)?

A. Please price 1 trip per location for each option period (base plus 3), 4 total.

Q. How many consoles or communication systems do you require? Are you the end-user or are you working on the project in a different capacity? What type of timeline are your working with? Finally, what is the building name and location?

A. The attached documents will explain, specifically, how many consoles and what buildings, etc. You can find this in the PWS. The Government is looking to make an award on 01 Oct 21 or prior. The AF is the end-user. Drawings are included in the PWS as well.
