Statement of Work Summary

This Statement of Work details equipment requirements for the USAF Band of the Golden West, which requires a brand-name-or-equal replacement of Shure wireless transmitters, receivers, and accessories. The procurement includes six line items: two AD4Q Four Channel Receivers, four ADX2 Handheld Transmitters, four ADX1 Bodypack Transmitters, one ADTQ PSM Transmitter, one ADTQ PSM License, and eight Axient PSM Bodypack Receivers. The equipment is necessary to support the Band's 250 annual performances for approximately 1.5 million audience members, including high-level civilian and military dignitaries. The system will enable improved management of radio frequencies in high-density environments and seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

The salient characteristics specify a comprehensive wireless system operating within an extended UHF spectrum (470-960 MHz) with tuning bandwidth up to 184 MHz, capable of supporting either 17 channels in Standard Mode or 47 channels in High Density Mode within a 6 MHz TV band. The system must deliver transparent audio with flat frequency response from 20 Hz to 20 kHz and latency of 2.9 milliseconds or less, featuring AES 256-bit encryption, True Digital Diversity, interference detection, and compatibility with Wireless Workbench software and AD610 ShowLink Access Point for remote control capabilities. All equipment requires a one-year manufacturer warranty and must include all freight, handling, and labor charges. The point of contact for post-award coordination is TSgt Katherine Salmons at 707-424-1159.

Statement of Work

For

USAF Band of the Golden West

Description: The USAF Band of the Golden West requires a brand-name-or-equal replacement of Shure wireless transmitters, receivers, and accessories. This package will provide a necessary lifecycle update for our wireless audio systems, significantly increasing the mission effectiveness of the Band of the Golden West. It will provide the tools necessary to reliably manage radio frequencies in high-density environments and enable frictionless integration into existing infrastructure, increasing operational efficiency during high-tempo missions. The Band of the Golden West performs 250 times annually for audiences numbering 1.5 million, supporting multiple high-visibility events. Their audiences consistently include high-level civilian and military dignitaries, and the professionalism presented in their performances is a direct reflection of all the men and women currently serving in the Air Force. The equipment used in these productions must allow them to perform and capture the highest possible musical and audio product.
