This is an amended Statement of Work for a surveillance camera system replacement at Travis Air Force Base's 60th Maintenance Squadron/Aerospace Ground Equipment Flight for Building 564. The Air Force requires a 24-camera surveillance system that is NIDA-889 compliant with 4K Ultra High-Definition recording capabilities. Twenty-two cameras must be minimum 8-megapixel IP cameras with 2.8-12mm motorized adjustable lenses, 164 feet of infrared/color night vision, H.265 video compression, weatherproof indoor/outdoor rating, Power Over Ethernet (PoE) connectivity, and 100-foot premade cables. The remaining two cameras must be Hanwha XNP-6400RW models listed on the Non-Nuclear CMD with maximum 2MP resolution, 40x optical zoom, maximum 200-meter IR viewable length, and advanced features including intelligent analytics and object auto-tracking. Amendment 2, issued June 15, 2026, revised the scope to cameras only with no installation required and clarified that the two additional cameras must be Non-Nuclear CMD compliant. The preferred vendor is CCTV Security Pros with their 24 Camera 4K IP Camera System with Motorized Zoom and 32 Channel NVR/24IPBV8-N model, though brand-equivalent proposals are acceptable. The RFQ closes June 24, 2026, at 1:00 PM Pacific Time. Points of contact are SSgt Zephaniah Valdez (zephaniah.valdez@us.af.mil) and SSgt Joseph Restua-Perez (joseph.restua_perez@us.af.mil).
