60th Contracting Squadron Travis AFB, CA Submitted 1 May 2025 Responses Due: 14 May 2025, 1:00 PM Pacific Time

REQUIREMENT

60 LRS

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to remove and replace P1 Entry Control System as defined in this Statement Of Work except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The existing Entry Control System is in-operatable and require a new computer server and software. The Entry Control System is required to properly secure building P1 which is the facility for the Integrated Deployment and Readiness Cell (IDRC), Deployment Control Center (DCC), and Individual Protection Equipment (IPE).

Objectives: Remove and Replace building P1 Entry Control System with a new economically efficient computer sever and software. The system shall only accept the Common Access Card (CAC) and support minimum of 100 users.

1.4.1. Existing equipment:

1.4.1.1. 16 Bridgepoint Dual Interface, 2 Factor Card Reader (depicted Exhibit 1-1)

1.4.1.2. 01 Enrollment reader

1.4.1.3. 10 Bridgepoint 2-Reader/2 Door Controllers

1.4.1.4. 16 Eletric Door Strikes 12VDC

1.4.1.5. 04 Netgear 5 port Ethernet Switch

1.4.1.6. HP Computer hosting Bridgepoint software

1.5 Scope: The Contractor will install a new server and Department of Air Force (DAF) approved software.

The contractor shall use the existing infrastructure. Currently there are 16 Bridgepoint card readers. The Bridgepoint card readers shall be use if it is compatible with the new software. If the new server and software is not compatible with the Bridgepoint readers, then all 16 readers shall be replaced with compatible readers and the Bridgepoint readers shall be disposed. The Contractor shall be a manufacture certified technician on the proposed system. The Contractor shall engineer, furnish, install, and test newly installed equipment to industry and/or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. The Contractor shall install a computer server, software, and replace and dispose Bridgepoint readers.

The 60 CS shall verify the proposed equipment meets Air Force compliance before being approved to purchase.

The Contractor’s design proposal shall contain the following information: A PDF drawing showing the building floor plan with the new Entry Control System.

Upon completion of project, the Contractor shall provide training to users in building P1. Upon completion of training, trained personnel shall, at a minimum, be able to demonstrate their ability to operate as required without Contractor’s assistance.

This Sources Sought is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services.

This Request for Information (RFI) Sources Sought does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue a future RFQ. This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Air Force is not currently seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued.
