About this file

This document is a Questions and Responses document for Solicitation # FA442725Q1150, Amendment #1 dated 5 September 2025, related to a camera system replacement project at Travis Air Force Base. The solicitation involves replacing existing Hangzhou Hikvision cameras across multiple buildings (P1, P3, 977, and APS IR Scales), with a total of 18 cameras. Key technical requirements include IP cameras with 8MP minimum resolution, recording capability of 72 hours, and compliance with NDAA and TAA regulations. The cameras are a mix of interior and exterior PTZ and multi-sensor types, mounted on walls, ceilings, and poles, requiring a lift for installation.

Operational details include the project being on a single network with existing POE switches, requiring approval from the 60 Civil Engineering Squadron for drilling and conduit installation. The government will provide storage space and escorts for contractors. The Windows client workstations are Windows 11 Enterprise, Version 23H2. There will be no site walk, and the government does not intend to extend the solicitation deadline of 12 September 2025. The Statement of Work (SOW) indicates the project should start within 60 days of award and be completed within 30 days thereafter, with an Air Force-approved equipment list (Attach 4) governing equipment selection.
