SOURCES SOUGHT – Convection Oven at Travis AFB, CA FA442724QZ012
60th Contracting Squadron Travis AFB, CA Submitted: 5 January 2024 Responses Due: 19 January 2024, 12:00 PM Pacific Time
REQUIREMENT
David Grant Medical Center at Travis AFB, California, requires 2 (two) Vulcan Hart Electric Convection Ovens, Model VC44ED, or equal, double deck electric convection ovens to be placed in the patient tray assembly area and production area to produce meals for patients and hospital staff. This is a “Brand Name or Equal” request. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 333310 ( Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing).
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY
This Sources Sought is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services.
This Sources Sought does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue a future RFQ. This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service.
Further, the Air Force is not currently seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued.
RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE:
1. Business name and address
2. Name of company representative and their business title
3. Business Size and Type of Small Business (if applicable)
4. Cage Code
5. DUNS Number
6. Brief capabilities package demonstrating ability to perform the required services.
Vendors who wish to respond to this should send responses via email no later than 19 January 2024 by 12:00 PM Pacific Time to vanessa.siegel.1.@us.af.mil and vitaliy.kim.1@us.af.mil
Questions regarding this announcement shall also be submitted by e-mail to the above two email addresses no later than 12 January 2024 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time.
