Questions and Answers.

What type of test will we be monitoring for the Travis Air Force Base in California?

Answer. Please see updated PWS section 11. SPECIFIC TEST ADMINISTRATOR TASKS. This details the types of tests.

How many people total from my facility do you need to help monitor for testing?

Answer. We do not require a specific number of people. Please PWS section 4.1 and it’s note below it.

How many people are currently working under this contract?

Answer. 1 person How many FTE's are required to perform under this contract?

Answer. We do not require a specific number of people. Please PWS section 4.1 and it’s note below it.

Please confirm if this requirement is a full-time or part-time position?

Answer. The work is currently being performed as part-time. See PWS section 4 Work Hours/Days.

Please confirm what is the contractor employee days and hours of work? Is this Monday through Friday? 0730-1630?

Answer. See PWS section 4.1 under Work Hours/Days.

Does the contractor employee needs to report on work during Federal holidays? (PWS does not showed details about Federal holidays) Answer. See updated PWS section 5 Holidays, Leave, and Other Office Closures In PWS page 2 number 3 QUALIFICATIONS FOR PERFORMANCE, states:

“Complete all applicable training required to administer exams offered in the Education and Training Section. The government/ETSC and TCO will determine all testing platform training required to perform assigned duties and all applicable tests/exams (paper/computer -based).”

When this training will give to the contractor employee?

Answer. Training will be completed after Test Administrator is on board and has started performance.

Will this training provided by the government?

Answer. The training will be provided by government and specific testing agencies (i.e. FAA, DMDC, DANTES).

Is there a cost associated with this training? If so, who will cover the cost?

Answer. There are no costs associated for these training requirements.

Please confirm if the contractor employee needs to travel overseas (for seminar, training, courses) during the performance of this contract?

Answer. No. There are no overseas travel requirements or travel costs associated with this position.

If so, how many days does it occur? Who will cover the travel cost(s)?

Please confirm what are the provided Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) to support for this role.

Answer. See PWS section 10 Materials and Equipment.

In the pricing chart, it lists a quality of 244 units. Are these hours billed or the number of tests to be administered?

Answer. This applies to hours worked/performed. See note under PWS section 4.1 If 244 is the number of tests, can the government clarify how long each test is to include prep time for the center or the staff?

Answer. See question 11 above.

What are the days/times of the week that the test administrator needs to be present for work to determine hours needed?

Answer. See PWS section 4.1 under Work Hours/Days.

What are the locations for the tests, or will they be administered at 1 facility?

Answer. See PWS section 1. General Information.

Is this is a follow-on requirement or a new contract? If it is a follow-on contract, could you please provide the incumbent contract number and the awarded price?

Answer. Yes. Contract # FA4427-19-P-0002. (Everetech LLC) $136,796.16 Q10: Please confirm the RFQ cumber, based on BetaSam it is FA442723Q0125, in the attached Combo document it says, REQUEST FOR QUOTATION - FA442724Q0124 Answer. This has been corrected via Amendment. The correct RFQ number is FA442723Q1024.

Please confirm the response due date in BetaSam it says: Updated Date Offers Due: Oct 09, 2023 04:00 pm PDT Answer. This has been updated via Amendment to allow for posting of Q&A’s, etc.

In the Combo document it says: 10 October 2023 – 12:00 PM PDT Answer. This has been updated.

Is this a new requirement or an existing requirement?

Answer. This is a follow-on of an existing requirement.

If so, Can you provide us with the current contract # and if the government is pleased with the person performing the requirement, can you provide the person’s information.

Answer. Contract # FA4427-19-P-0002 (Everetech LLC) we cannot provide personally identifiable information of the incumbent employee.

Can you advise which of the labor class the government is considering in the wage determination attachment?

Answer. Labor title “Test Proctor” How many volumes are required and what are the page limits?

Answer. See Combo Addendum to Instructions to Offerors (b)(4).

How can I locate the form SF-1449? Does this solicitation require one?

Answer. See Combo attachment. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR parts 12.6 and 13.

The Point of Contact name, number and email would be my information?

Answer. Contractor POC information.

Do I list your paragraphs as you have them?

Ex: Paragraph (a) NAICS CODE: 611710 - Educational Support Services Small Business Size Standard $24M Ex: Paragraph (b)(4) Shark Delivery Services provides education and training opportunities to eligible military spouses and veterans.

Ex: (b)(6) Would include the table with its price and any discount terms
