About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 (SF-30) Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract issued by the United States Air Force at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The amendment modifies solicitation FA441926R0001, originally dated November 21, 2025, and is effective February 12, 2026. The contracting officer is Kelsey L. The amendment extends the proposal due date from January 7, 2026 at 1:00 PM CST to February 26, 2026 at 3:00 PM CST. It adds FAR Clause 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) applicable to small business set-aside contracts, requiring that for service contracts, no more than 50 percent of Government-paid amounts be subcontracted to entities that are not similarly situated. Additionally, the amendment updates three key attachments: Attachment 1 (Performance Work Statement, revised January 30, 2026), Attachment 8 (Section L – Instructions to Offerors, revised January 30, 2026), and Attachment 9 (Section M – Evaluation Factors, revised January 30, 2026). A new Attachment 10 containing questions and answers from the Q&A period has been added. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the extended proposal deadline.
