About this file
This document is an attachment containing instructions to offerors for federal contract solicitation FA441926Q0034.
Offerors must submit pricing on page 1 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and submit technical information as a secondary document. Technical submissions must be clear, concise, and sufficiently detailed to enable effective evaluation and substantiate stated claims. Video segments and resumes will be evaluated prior to award. Proposals must provide convincing rationale demonstrating how the technical offer meets solicitation requirements rather than simply rephrasing the Performance Work Statement or offering generic statements. Offerors should assume the Government has no prior knowledge of their experience and will base evaluation solely on information presented in the offer. Offerors must input unit prices for listed items corresponding to each CLIN, with extended totals calculated automatically by spreadsheet for each item and CLIN subtotals calculated once all unit prices are entered. Offerors must ensure their SAM registration reflects NAICS CODE 711130. Submissions should be directed to 97CONF.PKA.Contracting@us.af.mil and jacob.funderburg.1@us.af.mil.
