From: Supply Officer, Naval Consolidated Brig Charleston To: 628th Contracting Squadron
Subj: REQUIREMENTS FOR FLATBED PRINTER
1. NAVCONBRIG Charleston is requesting to purchase flab bed printer capable of significant production and the ability to print on numerous surfaces and materials. The requirements/specifications are as follows:
2. Quantity: (1) Flatbed printer
3. Requirements:
a. 4ftx8ft printable area minimum.
b. Software included with the printer
c. Color Management better than or equal to the X-rite i1 Publish Pro.
d. Retractable registration pins.
e. Minimum of 4 vacuum zones.
f. Warranty of at least an additional 36 months beyond standard warranty
g. Labor, parts and travel included for the first year of the warranty.
f. Full turn-key installation including all shipping and setup with onsite training immediately after installation.
i. One additional day of follow-up training approximately 45 days after installation.
g. NEMA Power cord from box to machine must be provided.
h. Power supply: Single-phase AC200-240V 12A or less, 8A or less (Two inlets)
i. Power consumption: AC200V: 4.8 kVA
m. Vendor must have a physical office and tech rep within a 3 hour range of South Carolina.
