What is the past award contract number for this solicitation?
FA4418-16-D-0001
2) Is there a volunteer or an incumbent in place for each position (Catholic Religious Education Coordinator, Catholic Music Program Director, Protestant Music Program Director, Rabbi, Imam)?
There is currently a contractor in place for each position except for the Catholic Religious Education Coordinator; our Catholic Community Coordinator is currently volunteering his time to fill that role.
3) What specific educational and experience requirements are needed for each position (Catholic Religious Education Coordinator, Catholic Music Program Director, Protestant Music Program Director, Rabbi, Imam)? How many years of experience are required for each position?
Answer: IMAM and RABI- See Section 3.2 of the PWS- Clergy
4) What type of organ is available for use at the base (Allen, Hammond, Yamaha, pipe organ, etc.)?
No noticeable name brand on the organ but it is the foot pedal operated type.
5) Can the Music Director perform the services of a musician at the same time, or do you require separate applicants for Music Directors and Musicians for both Catholic and Protestant denominations?
Yes, the Music Director can perform the services of a musician at the same time.
6) Is there a choir in place? If yes, what is the estimated size of the choir for the Protestant and Catholic for the Air Base Station and Weapons Station?
There is an average of 5-7 choir members for both services on both bases
7) Will the chapels fund for the CCLI licensing of the music sheets? Are the music sheets available at the chapel for utilization by the contractor? Are the music sheets CCLI licensed?
Yes, the chapel funds the CCLI licensing and music sheets are available for utilization by the contractor and they are licensed.
8) What is the estimated time schedule of the Friday or Saturday weekly service to be rendered by the Rabbi?
3:15-4:15 PM
9) What is the estimated time schedule of the Muslim services and the Islamic studies for Tuesdays & Friday?
The Imam comes Tuesday and Fridays from 7 PM- 9 PM.
