Requirements identified as “emergency” shall be returned to the COR within four working hours. Documents will be initially provided for planning purposes and a second time when the order is placed.

NOTE: If the contractor’s shortest delivery time is acceptable to the government, the abstract, or locally developed form, will be returned to the contractor within two (2) working days and will be marked “FINAL” and each item required from the contractor will be considered backordered at that time. The contractor shall procure and deliver the item(s) on or before the ADD. The use of post-post procedures is necessary to ensure all transactions are documented and include specific recovery procedures for the computer system once it is available. All required documentation forms will be issued to the contractor.

1.5.12 Authorized Buyers: The contractor shall ensure that an authorized buyer is present at all times during the normal duty day.

1.5.13 Emergency Support: The contractor may be required to provide standby support for an activation or exercise of contingency plans outside the normal business hours.
